WORK HOURS: 6:30PM TO 3:30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
Job Description:
iConsultera is seeking candidates as “Senior Financial Analyst” with strong educational backgrounds and corporate experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Reporting, Responsible for Evaluating historical and current financial data. Can Assist project teams with financial guidance. Developing financial projections and building financial models, develop quarterly forecast models Produce monthly financials/analytics for EC presentations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in maintaining data integrity in Practice Engine.
· Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards
· Develop quarterly forecast models Produce monthly financials/analytics for EC presentations.
· Performing research and analysis as required.
· Tracking KPls and preparing financial reports and should have a strong Understanding key business driver.
· Assist in maintaining data integrity in Practice Engine.
· Highlight areas of concern and propose solutions for optimizing financial results.
· Analyze and explain the variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures, providing insights into the drivers of performance and potential risks or opportunities.
Required skills:
· 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience within the corporate/business sector.
· Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
· Education background with either Bachelors’ or Masters’ in Commerce.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of financial strategies strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications ability to work with large data sets.
· Advanced Excel skills need to include experience working with external data models, Power Pivots.
· Experience with Power BI and some light SQL queries would be ideal.
· Workday experience would be a big plus.
